We provide a range of services, including individual and couple counselling, sexual health assessments, education workshops, and support for sexual dysfunction, intimacy concerns, and relationship challenges.

4. What should I expect during my first session?

During your first session, your therapist will conduct an intake, referencing information from your intake form and giving you a chance to share your presenting concerns and intended goals for therapy. We understand disclosing personal details can be confronting, that is why we move the sessions at your pace – you only need to share what you feel comfortable with. This session typically lasts around 50 minutes.

5. Is my information kept confidential?

Yes, we securely store all records containing client information and ensure that appropriate security levels are maintained at all times. We also keep the content of your sessions completely confidential, however as therapists there are instances where mandatory report is required. 6. Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a partner, friend, or family member if that makes you more comfortable. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.

7. Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, insurance cannot be claimed on our sessions as of yet.

8. What payment options do you offer?

We accept major credit cards and cash. If you have financial concerns, please discuss them with us during your visit.

9. Do you offer support for LGBTQ+ individuals?

Yes, our clinic is inclusive and provides specialised support for individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
