Laura Miano – Sex Therapist and Miano Clinical Sexology Director
Laura’s work also spans the sexual wellness space. She co-founded Melbourne-based sexual wellness brand Posmo, which stocks a range of pleasure products, including Posmo Silicone Lubricant – a premium lubricant she created to reduce the stigma of using sexual aids. Laura uses Posmo as a platform to empower people to embrace their unique sense of sexuality.
In founding Miano Clinical Sexology, Laura hopes to continue empowering people to reduce sexual shame and enjoy the sex life they envision for themselves.

Sarah Dowse – Sexology Practice Associate
As a Sexology Practice Associate at Miano Clinical Sexology, Sarah currently supports the practice through administrative work, helping to ensure the smooth operations of client services. With a background in sexology and counselling, she brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for promoting sexual health and education to her role.
While Sarah’s current role is focused on administration, she is completing her clinical training and will eventually step into practice as a sex therapist. She is deeply passionate about normalising conversations about sexuality, reducing sexual shame, and looks forward to supporting individuals and couples to feel more confident, connected, and empowered in their sexual wellbeing and relationships.

Jassy Rennie – University Intern
Jassy Rennie (She/Her) is a Sex Educator and Psychotherapy and Counselling student completing her placement and internship at MCS.
She is a curious and dedicated practitioner who contributes as an expert for Body + Soul, hosts the Silly Little Sex Podcast, and writes a professional blog to foster learning and connection within the sexual wellness field.
Jassy brings a humanistic and somatic approach to her sex coaching practice, focusing on helping clients access pleasure beyond the bedroom. She specialises in vaginismus support and integrates Gottman relationship training to strengthen communication and intimacy. Supervised by Laura Miano, Jassy is developing her clinical skills while contributing to MCS’s mission of providing compassionate, evidence-based sex therapy.
